Here is more to it.

Poco X8 Pro Max – AnTuTu score revealed, launch timeline tipped, and also spotted on Indonesian SDPPI certification

Poco recently teased the launch of the upcoming Poco X8 Pro series for India, though it did not explicitly mention the name. The teaser hinted that it could indeed be the X8 Pro series itself. Now, new information posted by tipster Abhishek Yadav on his X account shows a screengrab of an alleged AnTuTu Benchmark listing of the Poco X8 Pro Max. The listing appears to be from what could be an early testing unit of the device.

The screengrab shows that the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s and managed to achieve an AnTuTu score of 3,612,095 points. It further reveals a CPU score of 951,052 points and a GPU score of 1,452,620 points, based on AnTuTu version V11.0.3-OB3.

These scores appear slightly higher than those of the Redmi Turbo 5 Max, which is said to be its rebranded counterpart recently announced in China. However, the Redmi Turbo 5 Max’s score was recorded on AnTuTu version V11.0.8. Since the two results are based on different versions of the benchmarking platform, a direct performance comparison between the devices cannot be accurately made at this time.

Notably, the screengrab does not show the moniker anywhere and also mentions that it could be a rooted device, so its authenticity cannot be verified at the moment. Apart from this, the tipster also shared that the Poco X8 Pro series, including the Poco X8 Pro, which is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 5, and the Poco X8 Pro Max, which is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 5 Max, could launch in India around the middle of March.

Apart from this, we have also spotted the Poco X8 Pro Max’s listing on the SDPPI certification platform. This Indonesian regulatory authority confirms that the device received approval on February 26th, with a certificate number of 119108/DJID/2026. It also confirms the model number as “2602BPC18G” with the moniker “Poco X8 Pro Max”, thus confirming its launch in the Indonesian market as well.
