POCO M8 and POCO M8 Pro smartphones tipped to launch next month; POCO X8 series launch still months away
Previous reports suggested that POCO will be unveiling the POCO X8 series in January 2026. But a new update from tipster @heyitsyogesh reveals a different story regarding the launch of the POCO X8 series, while the launch timeline of the POCO M8 and M8 Pro is also tipped.

According to the tipster, the launch of POCO M8 and M8 Pro devices is scheduled for next month. It is said that the POCO M8 Pro will be arriving as the rebranded version of Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G, while POCO M8 could be the rebranded version of Redmi Note 15 5G. Though some reports claim that POCO M8 could arrive as the rebadged version of Redmi 15C 5G instead.
Coming to the POCO X8 series, as per the tipster, the launch of this series is still months away, denying the reports of a January 2026 launch.
The POCO M8 5G model has bagged NBTC, IMDA, BIS, and TDRA certifications, while the Pro model has received IMDA, TDRA, FCC, and IMEI certifications. Since the devices are said to launch next month, POCO is expected to soon make a launch announcement.
In related news, POCO X8 Pro was recently spotted on India’s BIS certification, while the device has also made its appearance on SGS and EEC databases.
