POCO M8 5G Again Tipped to Launch in January 2026: 8GB Single RAM and Up to 512GB Internal Storage Options Expected

Following the earlier update concerning the arrival of the new POCO M-series for Indian customers, the launch of the POCO M8 5G smartphone was confirmed just recently. Now, details concerning its launch time frame, memory, and pricing have been suggested by an X tipster.

POCO M8 5G – Tipped Launch Time Frame, Memory, and Pricing Details 

This update comes from the X tipster – Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) and he states that the POCO M8 5G smartphone is scheduled to launch next month in January 2026. The tipped launch time frame aligns with what was earlier revealed, however the tipster does not mention anything about the POCO M8 Pro 5G and its launch in his X post.

Speaking more, as per what the tipster claims, only a single RAM option of 8GB will be made available for the upcoming device, but internal storage options of up to 512GB can be expected. Furthermore, in terms of pricing, it could be priced higher since its competitors do not offer large storage variants.

The POCO M8 5G smartphone that will be hitting the Indian market is believed to be a re-branded version of the Redmi Note 15 5G that will be unveiled on the 6th of January 2026 in the country. A glimpse of its design was also revealed online via Flipkart and through the teaser video the brand had dropped, and it appears similar to the Redmi Note 15 5G Indian variant. POCO’s M8 5G is pointed out to feature a dual tone rear panel design with matte and vegan leather finish. The centrally-placed squircle-shaped camera module was also spotted, with four internal circular units that may house two cameras and the LED flashlight.
