Yesterday, POCO officially teased the launch of a new POCO smartphone in India, and a dedicated microsite for this device was also made live on Flipkart. The company did not reveal the moniker of the device.
Reportedly, this upcoming device could be the POCO M7 Plus smartphone. Tipster @saaaanjjjuuu has shared some of the expected specs of this device via the X platform.
POCO M7 Plus: Expected specs
The smartphone may feature a 6.9-inch display that offers FHD+ screen resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC. It is said to pack a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera on the rear side and an 8MP selfie camera. It is expected to be backed by a 7000 mAh battery and support 33W fast charging, while the device could arrive with an IP64 rating.
If reports are to be believed, POCO M7 Plus could make its debut in India on 13th August, though readers are advised to take this information with a pinch of salt and wait for official confirmation to know the launch date.
The recently teased POCO device is said to arrive with a larger battery and offer reverse wired charging capability. It will feature a slim form factor design. POCO is expected to reveal the moniker, launch date, and tease some more features of this device in the coming days.
