POCO F8 Ultra with model number “25102PCBEG” spotted on Thailand’s NBTC certification
In an earlier post, Xiaomi’s president, Lu Weibing, revealed that Redmi will launch two new smartphones, the Redmi K90 and Redmi K90 Pro Max. However, his post did not mention any launch date. Soon after, Redmi officially confirmed that the Redmi K90 Pro Max will launch on 23rd October 2025, with no mention of the vanilla Redmi K90.
Out of the two, the Redmi K90 Pro Max (previously believed to be the Redmi K90 Pro) is expected to debut in global markets as the Poco F8 Ultra. Now, Poco F8 Ultra has appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification website, revealing key connectivity details.
Poco F8 Ultra spotted on Thailand’s NBTC certification
According to the listing, the Poco F8 Ultra carries the model number “25102PCBEG” and certification number “B38734-25.” While the certification does not specify the approval date, it confirms that the device has received approval.
Under the telecommunications category, it is listed as “Cellular Mobile (GSM/WCDMA/LTE/NR)”, confirming support for GSM, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G NR networks.

Although the NBTC certification does not reveal the device’s specifications, earlier reports suggested that the Poco F8 Ultra would be a rebranded version of the Redmi K90 Pro. However, since Redmi has now confirmed that there will be two models in the K90 series, the Redmi K90 and Redmi K90 Pro Max, it is highly likely that the Poco F8 Ultra will be a rebranded Redmi K90 Pro Max.
If that turns out to be true, global users can also expect “Sound by Bose” speakers, which Redmi has teased for the Pro Max variant.
Recently, a device with the model number “25102RKBEC” was spotted on the Geekbench database, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. At that time, it was thought to belong to the Redmi K90 Pro. However, following Redmi’s confirmation, it is now evident that the listing likely refers to the Redmi K90 Pro Max.
Both model numbers, 25102RKBEC and 25102PCBEG, share similarities, making a case that the Redmi K90 Pro Max will launch globally as the Poco F8 Ultra, as also indicated by the IMEI database.
