[Update: POCO C85 5G Will Likely Use Dimensity 6300 Chip] POCO C85 5G Indian Variant Spotted on Google Play Console, Revealing Dimensity 6100+ Chip, Front Look Design, and More
Update: As pointed out from the Google Play Console listing, the POCO C85 5G was suggested to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 6100+ chip, however it is unlikely to be launched with this chipset. Reason being:
Back in September 2025, Xiaomi officially unveiled its Redmi 15C 5G smartphone featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip, and this device has the model numbers of ‘2508CRN2BC’, ‘2508CRN2BG’, and ‘2508CRN2BE‘ for its different regional variants. Comparing the model numbers of both the already-launched Redmi 15C 5G and the upcoming POCO C85 5G, both are similar – meaning the POCO C85 5G will possibly be a re-branded version of the Redmi 15C 5G.
While the details revealed through Google Play Console have not always come out to be true, and considering the above mentioned details, the POCO C85 5G will probably be using the same Dimensity 6300 chipset that is there within the Redmi 15C 5G instead of the Dimensity 6100+ chip (even though the Google Play Console-listed details don’t match).
