Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco is gearing up to launch its next 4G C-series smartphone, the Poco C81 Pro, as it has now cleared the UAE’s TDRA certification.

Poco C81 Pro – UAE’s TDRA
On the UAE’s TDRA certification, the upcoming Poco C81 Pro smartphone is listed with the model number “25128PC17G”. The certification also confirms that the device got approval on 2nd March 2026 with the equipment registration number “ER57294/26”.
Other than confirming the name and the model number, this certification doesn’t reveal any specs as such. But earlier, the IMEI database had revealed that this model number belongs to the Poco C81, which is now proven wrong as per this certification. Also, ‘25128PC17G’ (global variant), ‘25128PC17L’ (Latin American variant), and ‘25128PC17I’ (Indian variant) are the other model numbers of this smartphone that were also revealed in the IMEI listing.
Looking at the past, this model number has similarities with the Redmi A7 Pro, which was recently launched in Indonesia. So we can also expect it to come with a 6.9″ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Unisoc T7250 (12nm) processor paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, a 6000mAh battery, and 15W fast wired charging support. Other details you can expect from this smartphone are a 13MP AI dual camera paired with an 8MP selfie camera, and HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Some of these specs were also revealed via the FCC certification, thus confirming that it will come as a rebrand of the Redmi A7 Pro. ‘
Regarding its launch, it is likely to happen soon, since its sibling, Redmi A7 Pro, has already been launched.
