[Update: SIRIM Confirms ‘CPH2797’ for the OPPO Find X9] OPPO Find X9 Global Variant (‘CPH2791’) and OPPO ‘CPH2797’ Smartphone Certified by Singapore’s IMDA Authority; OPPO Find X9 Also Received India’s BIS Certification

Update: It was said that the OPPO Find X9 smartphone’s global variant has the model number of ‘CPH2791’, however as per the SIRIM database, it will be the OPPO ‘CPH2797’ that will be hitting the global market as the OPPO Find X9. So this could mean that the OPPO ‘CPH2791’ may likely be the global variant of the OPPO Find X9 Pro.

Followed by their previous listings, the global variant of OPPO’s Find X9 device and the OPPO ‘CPH2797’ smartphone have been certified by the IMDA authority of Singapore. Additionally, the OPPO Find X9 global variant has also received the BIS certification from India as well.

OPPO Find X9 Global Variant (CPH2791) and OPPO ‘CPH2797’ Smartphone – IMDA Certification

As mentioned, the OPPO Find X9 global variant with the model number of ‘CPH2791’ and the OPPO smartphone carrying the model number of ‘CPH2797’ have received the IMDA certification, and these two devices have been listed on the certification database as mobile phones supporting 5G/4G/3G/2G network, eSIM, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS. Also, via the IMDA certification listing, their arrival in the Singaporean market has been confirmed.

OPPO Find X9 Global Variant (CPH2791) – BIS Certification

Regarding the OPPO Find X9 smartphone’s BIS listing, with the same model number of ‘CPH2791’, it has received the grant/inclusion onto the BIS database as of on the 19th of September 2025. The tipster @saaaanjjjuuu who has shared the update has also pointed out a few of its key specs and these include the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, 6.59″ 1.5K AMOLED display, 50MP (main, LYT808) + 50MP (ultra-wide, JN5) + 50MP (periscope telephoto, 1/1.95) triple rear camera system, 7025 mAh battery, 80W wired + 50W wireless charging, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and IP68/69-rated body. To note, its BIS certification confirms the India launch of the upcoming device.

Speaking more, the OPPO Find X9 global variant was previously spotted on the GCF, SDPPI, TUV SUD, TKDN, and Geekbench databases, along with its listing on the import and export website. The other OPPO smartphone with the model number of ‘CPH2797’ has also been listed on the import and export website, and it made its appearance on the GCF, WiFi Alliance, SDPPI, and TKDN certification databases.

Next month on the 16th of October 2025 at the brand’s next product launch event in China, the OPPO Find X9 and the OPPO Find X9 Pro smartphone models are scheduled to debut. The same launch event will also be marking the debut of the OPPO Watch S smartwatch and the OPPO Pad 5 tablet too. Prior to this, on the 15th of October 2025, the OPPO Developer Conference 2025 (ODC 25) has also been scheduled in China and the Android 16-based ColorOS 16 custom skin will be introduced at this event.
