OPPO A6i 5G Smartphone Listed on the China Telecom Website, Revealing Key Specs, Renders, and Launch Date
After its appearance on the Google Play Console, 3C, TENAA, and MIIT databases, OPPO’s upcoming A6i 5G smartphone has made its way to the China Telecom website. Along with its key specs and render images, the listing also reveals that this latest device will be hitting the Chinese market next week.

OPPO A6i 5G – China Telecom Listing
The OPPO A6i 5G smartphone which carries the model number of ‘PKW120’ is revealed to arrive in China next week on the 12th of September 2025, and it will be made available in three storage options (of 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB) and two color choices (of Midnight Black, Cloudy White). As indicated by its moniker, it will be supporting 2G/3G/4G/5G network and will offer the Android 15-based operating system out of the box. The product size has been noted as 165.71 x 76.24 x 7.99 mm, and it will be featuring other key specs like dual SIM, fingerprint scanner, USB type-C port (for charging and audio), and USB 2.0 connectivity.
Previously, the render images of this upcoming device were revealed online and the China Telecom-listed images align with them. Design aspects such as a flat display screen, punch-hole centrally-placed selfie camera, thin bezels with thicker chin, volume rockers + power button at the right side panel, flat rear panel, and the rectangular-shaped vertically-placed camera module housing two dual cameras and an LED ring light have been revealed.
Speaking more, its previous listings and other updates have also pointed to more specs such as the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chip, ARM Mali G57 GPU, 6.67″ TFT LCD flat display screen supporting 720 x 1604 pixel resolution display, 50MP + 2MP dual rear camera system, 8MP selfie camera, 5860 mAh rated battery, 45W wired fast charging, and side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
