OnePlus 15 Flagship Thickness and Weight Tipped, Along With Other Expected Specs: Said to Feature 8.1mm Thin Body
New updates concerning the upcoming OnePlus 15 flagship smartphone have now arrived, revealing its thickness and weight. Additionally, its expected specifications have also been revealed online.

OnePlus 15 – Newly-Revealed Details
As per the details revealed, the OnePlus 15 smartphone which is scheduled to make its debut in the Chinese market this month (October 2025), is again pointed out to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and it is believed to equip the Fengchi 2.0 gaming kernel. LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage are also said to be coupled within the device, and it is expected to feature a 6.78″ BOE X3 OLED 8T LTPO flat display supporting 1.5K resolution, 1~165Hz adaptive refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, 1800 nits global max brightness, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision.
On the camera side, a 50MP (Sony LYT-700, main, OIS) + 50MP (Samsung JN5, ultra-wide) + 50MP (Samsung JN5, 3.5x periscope telephoto) triple camera system is suggested to be there at the rear. For selfies, the device might also be sporting a 32MP front-facing camera (with auto focus). Moreover, while global consumers can expect the DetailMax image engine, Chinese customers can expect OPPO’s LUMO imaging system. Regarding its battery, it is mentioned to pack a 7300 mAh battery supporting 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
Speaking more, Android 16 based OxygenOS 16 for global markets or ColorOS 16 for the Chinese market, new cooling system, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, plus key, large bionic vibration motor, IR blaster, NFC, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 are a few of the other revealed specs. Quite recently, the upcoming device was also tipped to feature a thickness of 8.1mm, with a weight of 211 ~ 215gm.
In the Chinese market, five storage variants can be expected, and customers will be able to purchase the OnePlus 15 in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB storage options. Sand Storm, Black, and Purple color choices are also said to be offered.
While the Chinese debut is scheduled to take place this month in October 2025, the Indian and global launch are tipped to happen next month on the 13th of November 2025. Notably, the brand is also claimed to be the first to release a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5-powered flagship and this device is expected to hit the Chinese market as the OnePlus Ace 6 and later in global markets as the re-branded OnePlus 15R.
