One UI 8.5 may let you create custom stickers and sticker packs using a photo or text prompt

The South Korean tech giant Samsung is rumoured to introduce its flagship Galaxy S26 smartphone series likely in February 2026. This series is expected to arrive with all-new One UI 8.5, and the brand has already started the beta testing for this upgrade.
Lately, various updates related to One UI 8.5 have been shared online, and today SammyGuru has revealed a new feature that we may get to see in this upcoming custom skin.

It was spotted in a pre-release One UI 8.5 build that Samsung is testing an AI-powered custom sticker generator inside the Tips app. This feature will let users create custom stickers and sticker packs using a photo or a text prompt, and then send them to their favourite apps. It hints that with One UI 8.5, users will not have to rely on the already available sticker packs, and they can just create stickers of their own for a more personalised conversation.
It is assumed that this new feature could probably be cloud-based, and Gemini’s Nano Banana may be used for sticker creation. But nothing can be said for sure.
In related news, a new Privacy Display feature was also spotted on the One UI 8.5 firmware. This feature is said to limit screen visibility from side angles to protect the user’s privacy in public, while the feature could also be customised.
Stay tuned for all the updates.
