Nothing Phone (4a) Smartphone (‘A069’) Appears on India’s BIS Database

The upcoming Nothing Phone (4a) smartphone has now made its appearance on the BIS certification database. Via this new certification listing, its arrival to the Indian market has also been confirmed.

Nothing Phone (4a) Smartphone (‘A069’) – BIS Certification

Nothing’s Phone (4a) smartphone which carries the model number of ‘A069’ has been listed on the BIS certification database, and it has received the grant or inclusion as of on the 13th of November 2025. As mentioned above, its India launch has also been confirmed via the BIS listing.

Speaking more, an earlier update had already revealed that the Nothing Phone (4a) series is in works, and will include the Nothing Phone (4a) with the model number – ‘A069’ and the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro with the model number – ‘A069P’. It was also reported that the launch of the Nothing Phone (4a) series can be expected in the mid-half of Q1 2026.

As always, there will obviously be a Pokémon codename and based on the model number, it is suggested to be ‘Bellsprout’ (ranked at #0069). Sometime in the coming days, the brand could be dropping the cryptic image of this Pokémon, marking the arrival of the next Nothing Phone (4a) series.

In related news, following the global debut of the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite, this MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chip-powered device is scheduled to make its way to the Indian market next week. The official India launch will be taking place on the 27th of November 2025. A special variant of the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite will also be unveiled for the Indian customers.
