Next Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge Smartphone Thickness and Battery Capacity Tipped Online

Following the previous updates, a new update has arrived concerning Samsung’s next and upcoming Galaxy S26 Edge smartphone device. This new update has revealed its thickness and battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge – Tipped Thickness and Battery Capacity

As per what has been shared via the tipster @UniverseIce, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge is revealed to feature a 5.5 mm thin form factor design and pack a 4200 mAh battery backup. When compared with the already-launched Galaxy S25 Edge, the thickness on the upcoming device is seemingly reduced by 0.3 mm, whereas the battery capacity is 300 mAh more.

[Just to note, previously there was indeed a confusion regarding the battery capacity that could be offered in the Galaxy S26 Edge and while the same tipster had earlier suggested it to come with a 4400 mAh battery, the initial update turned out to be true. However, we still have to wait for official updates to confirm it*.]

This time under its Galaxy S26 series, Samsung is said to unveil three smartphone models early next year and these are expected to be the Galaxy S26 Pro, Galaxy S26 Edge, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Regarding the Galaxy S26 Edge, it is also likely to feature a screen size of 6.66″ (slightly smaller than its predecessor which came with a 6.7″ display). Also, just recently the same tipster who has shared the above update also tipped that the flagship Galaxy S26 Ultra is probably going to feature a ISOCELL HP2 sensor supporting f/1.4 aperture.
