New Vivo and iQOO devices spotted on China’s 3C certification website

In December 2025, a Vivo device with model number V2536A was spotted on the 3C certification website, and it was assumed that this device could be the Vivo X300 Ultra standard version.
But a new leak suggests that the Vivo X300 Ultra model could arrive with model number V2547A. This model number has been spotted on the 3C certification website.

The device was spotted with chargers that come with model numbers V10091L0E1-CN and V10091L0A1-CN, suggesting support for 100W wired fast charging. We already shared with you that the Vivo X300 Ultra Beidou Edition (V2547DA) has also made its appearance on the database.
Other than this, some new Vivo devices with model numbers V2551A, iPA2673, and PA2671 were also spotted on the certification website. These are expected to be the iQOO Z11, Vivo Pad 6 Pro, and iQOO Pad 6 Pro devices, respectively.
The iQOO Z11 model was spotted with power adapters that come with the model numbers V9082L0E1-CN, V9082L0A1-CN, and V9082L0F0-CN, suggesting support for 90W wired fast charging. This smartphone may feature a 1.5K OLED display and could be backed by a 9000mAh battery.
Coming to the Vivo/iQOO tablets, the devices were spotted with power adapters carrying model numbers V9082L0A1-CN and V8073L0A1-CN, suggesting 80/90W wired fast charging. The tablets are expected to feature a 13-inch display and be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.
