[Update] The recently Geekbench-listed device as per what has been revealed now is Samsung’s Electronics Desktop Tower (DM500TGZ-AD9A) and not a new Galaxy laptop. This has been pointed out by the same tipster who shared the previous update, and its listing on the South Korean e-commerce platform – Danawa further confirms it.

A new and upcoming Samsung Galaxy laptop device has now been spotted on the Geekbench database. Via its listing on the benchmark platform, a few of its key performance-related details have also been pointed out.

New Samsung Galaxy Laptop – Geekbench Listing
The Samsung Galaxy laptop that carries the model number of ‘500THA/500SHA’ has been listed on the Geekbench database, and on the single-core and multi-core CPU tests, the upcoming device has acquired 2702 points and 12373 points respectively. In terms of its GPU performance, on the OpenCL test, the device acquired 16426 points.
About its revealed performance specs, it is going to be powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor (codenamed ‘Arrow Lake’, 2.50GHz base frequency) and will be running on Microsoft’s Windows 11 Home operating system. An 8GB DDR5 SDRAM will also be a part of this device, and it will be integrated with the Intel Graphics (2000MHz)
While its moniker remains unknown, the tipster who has shared the update doubts it to be Samsung’s Galaxy Book 5 laptop featuring an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor onboard. It is best to wait until more updates arrive with which, we’ll be able to confirm its exact moniker.
