New OPPO ‘CPH2823’ Smartphone Receives the BIS Certification: India Launch Now Confirmed

A new OPPO smartphone has now received the BIS certification. Via the new certification listing, its arrival in the Indian market has been confirmed.

As mentioned, a new OPPO smartphone which carries the model number of ‘CPH2823’ has now been spotted and it has received the grant/inclusion onto the BIS certification database as of on the 9th of October 2025. Its launch in the Indian market has also been confirmed now.

Apart from its listing on the BIS database, there are no other updates available concerning this upcoming smartphone device. In the coming days, we might come across new updates, which could be revealing more about it.

In related news, two days later, on the 15th of October 2025, the OPPO Developer Conference 2025 (ODC 25) event has been scheduled, and it will be marking the release of the ColorOS 16 custom skin based on the Android 16 operating system. A day later, a new product launch conference has also been announced by the brand and this event will officially unveil the OPPO Find X9 series consisting of the OPPO Find X9 and OPPO Find X9 Pro smartphones, OPPO Pad 5 tablet, and the OPPO Watch S smartwatch.

Speaking more, just recently, we had also spotted the OPPO Pad 5 tablet and the OPPO Hima touchpad keyboard on the Bluetooth SIG certification database, while the OPPO Pad 5 tablet was also listed on the Google Play Console database. Also, another recent update had pointed out that the OPPO Find X9 series will hit the Indian market next month in November 2025.
