JBL SoundGear Clip – NCC Certification
The JBL SoundGear Clip has received the NCC certification with the inspection and approval label number of ‘CCAK25LP1500T1’. Notably, the listing reveals that the JBL Li-ion battery with the model number of ‘1150W2’ will be equipped within the device, and the earbuds will be supporting an operational frequency ranging between 2402~2480 MHz.
About its design, as mentioned, the SoundGear Clip earbuds from JBL will be an open earbuds device and it is revealed to feature a transparent design – both for the charging case and earbuds. Each earbuds has two units, with the spherical-shaped part consisting of the speaker. This is joined to a pill-like part that has an LED light indicator on it, along with two POGO pins at the bottom.
The charging case is again pill-shaped, but with a flat bottom. Its front portion has a light strip – probably to show the battery percentage, and the JBL-branding is given on the opening lid. At the back, the USB type-C charging port can be spotted, above which the ‘Clip’ moniker is mentioned within an added pill-shaped panel. Also to add, the lid opens upwards and there seemingly is a clip that ensures the lid to stay intact when closed.
As per the revealed renders, five color choices can be expected for the JBL SoundGear Clip earbuds. Customers will be able to get it in White, Brown, Black, Blue, and Purple colors. From what it seems, we may be coming across more updates regarding the upcoming earbuds soon and as the final product appears to be ready, it could soon also be having its launch.
