iQOO 15 – 2K + 144 Frames Super-Resolution and Super-Frame Concurrency and More Officially Teased
As per the newly-shared teaser posters, the iQOO 15 flagship smartphone for better gaming will be supporting a 2K + 144Hz frames super-resolution and super-frame concurrency and it is claimed to offer the best shooting experience in such games. On the CrossFire – Gunfight King, with the 2K + 144Hz frames super-resolution and super-frame concurrency, the device recorded an average frame rate of 143.76 frames, mean square error of 1.54, and a maximum body temperature of 43.6°C while playing the game for 1 hour.
With the Q3 e-sports gaming chip on the iQOO 15 smartphone, the brand has marked the 9th generation of product polishing after 5 years. Notably, the gaming chip also brings 60% increased performance, 40% increased energy efficiency, 50% increased cache, and 400% increased AI capabilities. TSMC’s ultra-low power process has also been used in the making of the chip.
Looking into its other previous updates, the iQOO 15 flagship is revealed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, Android 16-based OriginOS 6 custom skin, 6.85″ 2K 144Hz Samsung Everest Display, 7-cell Blue Ocean battery, wireless charging, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, IP68 + IP69-rated waterproof body, as well as a color-changing rear panel.
