Infinix GT 50 Pro’s (X6891) Google Play Console listing reveals MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate, Android 16 OS, and more

We last reported the sighting of the upcoming Infinix GT 50 Pro on the Indonesian SDPPI certification. Now, the smartphone has also been spotted on the Google Play Console, revealing some key details.

On the Google Play Console listing, the model number “X6891” with the moniker Infinix GT 50 Pro can be seen. It confirms that the smartphone will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6899 SoC, featuring a prime core clocked at 3.25GHz, three performance cores at 3.00GHz, and four efficiency cores at 2.1GHz, paired with a Mali-G720 (1300 MHz) GPU. While the Google Play Console only lists the codename of the SoC, the specifications revealed above indicate that it is the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra SoC.

Moving on, the listing also confirms that the device will run on Android 16 and will be available with a 12GB RAM variant. As for the display, it shows a resolution of 1208×2644, confirming an FHD+ panel with a pixel density of 480 DPI.

Previously, the Geekbench database had also revealed similar specifications. Meanwhile, the Wi-Fi Alliance listing confirmed that the smartphone will support Wi-Fi 7. On the other hand, the TÜV certification revealed that Infinix will offer the device with two battery options — 6340mAh and 5990mAh — likely for different markets. Additionally, the Indian memory options were revealed after the device appeared on the Carlcare India service website, showing a single 12GB RAM variant with two storage options: 256GB and 512GB.

Regarding its launch, the device has cleared several certifications in a short period, suggesting that an official announcement from Infinix could happen soon.
