Also, the moniker suggests that this earbuds device will be introduced targeting athletes.

A new Beats earbuds from Apple has now been spotted on the FCC certification database. Via the FCC certification listing, a few of its key details and schematic images have been revealed as well.

Apple Beats ‘A3476’, ‘A3477’ Earbuds – FCC Certification
The Cupertino-based tech maker – Apple now seems to be working on a new Beats earbuds device and it has received the certification from the FCC authority. It has been certified with the FCC ID of ‘BCGA3476’, and has been categorized as a ‘wireless earbud’ (classified as a digital transmission system or DTS). Two model numbers have been revealed – ‘A3476’ and ‘A3477’, as well as details such as 8.017 mW (9.04 dBm) peak conducted maximum RF output power, 2402 ~ 2480 MHz frequency range, and -8.9 dBI antenna gain. Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) also seems to be a supported spec. To note, a charging case with the model number of ‘A3479’ has also been listed along with the earbuds, and it has been tested with an Apple MacBook (A1398), w/AC/DC adapter (A1435), Apple USB-C cable (A2515), and w/AC/DC adapter (A2879).
About its design, as per the listed schematic images, the upcoming earbuds device appears to have a compact design without a noticeable stem or hook. A beaded ear-tip can be expected on both the earbuds units as well. In terms of size, it is going to have a length of 7.61mm and a height of 1.55mm.
Apart from these mentioned details, there isn’t anything more known about this Apple Beats earbuds and we will probably have to wait until more updates arrive.
