Alleged Redmi Note 15 Pro+ Satellite Communication Edition spotted on China’s Radio Approval database
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is rumored to be working on Redmi Note 15 series devices. Updates related to the upcoming smartphones in this series have started surfacing online.
Tipster Digital Chat Station has today revealed that a Xiaomi device with model number 25104RADAC has passed radio approval. As per the tipster, this is Redmi’s first satellite communication phone- Redmi Note 15 Pro+ Satellite Communication Edition.
The device supports Beidou short message satellite text messages. Other than this, not much has been revealed about the smartphone.
Previously, two new Xiaomi devices with model numbers ‘25080RABDC’ and ‘2510ERA8BC’ were certified by the 3C authority, and these were respectively believed to be the next Redmi Note 15 and Redmi Note 15 Pro+ smartphone models. The Redmi Note 15 model was revealed to support 45W fast charging, while the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ model was said to support 90W fast charging.
