Alleged Realme GT 8 (RMX6699) spotted on the Geekbench database; Key details revealed

Realme GT 8 series will be making its official debut in the Chinese market next month. The series is said to include two models, Realme GT 8 and Realme GT 8 Pro. The company has already started teasing the key details of the upcoming series.

Previously, a Realme device with model number RMX6699 was spotted on the 3C database, and it was assumed to be the Realme GT 8 smartphone. Now the same device has made its appearance on the Geekbench database (via @yabhishekhd).

Alleged Realme GT 8: Spotted on the Geekbench database

The device received a 2825 single-core score and 8840 multi-core score. It arrives with an octa-core process that includes 6 cores clocked at 3.53GHz and 2 cores clocked at 4.32GHz. The chipset is paired with the  Adreno 830 GPU. The listing suggests that the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. It runs on Android 16 OS and was spotted with a 16GB RAM option.

Looking at the previous updates, Realme GT 8 is revealed to support 100W wired fast charging, while the Pro model is revealed to support 120W wired fast charging. Realme UI 7, 2K 144Hz Sky screen (jointly developed by Realme and BOE), industry’s first e-sports independent graphics R1 chip (for pro), symmetrical dual speakers (for pro), and 200MP periscope telephoto lens (for pro) are some of the teased specs. Moreover, the camera module design of the Realme GT 8 Pro has already been teased, and its full design was revealed via leaked live images. Also, with its rumored partnership with Ricoh, Realme’s GT 8 Pro is said to offer improved camera specs as well.

In related news, Realme GT 8 Pro is also teased to arrive in India as the first Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered device (likely at the end of November).
