Alleged Oppo Find X9 Global Variant Surfaces on Geekbench, Import & Export Database and TKDN Databases with Key Specs Revealed

Update as on September 30th: As per the latest SIRIM certification, it has been revealed that the global variant of the Oppo Find X9 carries the model number CPH2797.

The earlier story continues below.

This year, Oppo is expected to bring four new models under the Find X9 Series, which, according to rumors, will be the Find X9, X9 Plus, X9 Pro, and X9 Ultra. Recently, the Find X9 Pro was spotted on 3C certification with 80W fast wired charging support, and several rumors have indicated that Oppo may launch the Find X9 Plus as the successor to the Find X8 and not the Find X9, which may launch alongside the Find X9 Ultra in the first half of 2026.

Additionally, Oppo may launch the Find X9 in a compact version, which is expected to feature a 6.59″ LTPO display with 1.5K resolution and extremely thin bezels on all sides. Tipster DCS (Via Gizmochina) claims the Oppo Find X9 will house a massive ~7,000mAh battery with 50W wireless charging support. It is expected to feature a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, a metal middle frame, and run on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

Moving on, a new smartphone with model number “CPH2791” has appeared on the Geekbench database, and according to tipster Abhishek Yadav, this is the vanilla variant of the global unit for the Oppo Find X9 Series. Along with Geekbench, this same model number has also appeared on the Indonesian TKDN and Import and Export database.

Here is what has been revealed

Starting with the Geekbench listing, the model number listed is “CPH2791”. It has managed to achieve a single-core score of 2,383 and a multi-core score of 3,365. The listing shows 8 cores, with the primary core clocked at 4.21GHz, 3 cores at 3.5GHz, and the remaining 4 cores clocked at 2.7GHz. From the source code, it is revealed to have a Mali-G715-Immortalis MC12 GPU. This is expected to be the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC. The prototype that ran on Geekbench reveals a 16GB RAM variant along with Android 16.

Looking at these scores, they definitely look odd. The same thing happened when the OnePlus 15 (China) was spotted on Geekbench recently, showing lower scores. Since these are just early prototypes, they are not being pushed to their potential, and the performance might just be limited.

The Import and Export database listing (NBT Data) reveals that the screen size will be 6.59″ and further confirms 16GB RAM with 512GB of internal storage. Through the NBT listing, it further assures that it might be the Find X9 global variant, as it matches the earlier tip from DCS regarding the display size.
