Just a day after spotting the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A57 5G on the Malaysian SIRIM certification database, we have spotted the Galaxy A37 5G smartphone on it.

The Malaysian SIRIM certification shows the model number SM-A376B/DS, where the “DS” suffix indicates dual-SIM support. The listing also confirms the Galaxy A37 5G moniker, which had already surfaced earlier through the Bluetooth SIG certification.

According to the SIRIM listing, the Galaxy A37 5G received approval on 29th January 2026, carrying the approval code RGQL/40K/0126/S(26-0325). While this certification confirms the smartphone’s launch in Malaysia, it does not reveal any hardware specs.

Previously, a TUV certification revealed that the Galaxy A37 5G will pack a 4,905mAh rated battery, which Samsung is likely to market as a 5,000mAh battery. The listing also confirmed support for 45W fast wired charging. Additionally, an earlier Geekbench listing with the model number SM-A376B showed that a prototype of the device runs on the Exynos 1480 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM and Android 16.

Moving on to the launch timeline, Samsung may launch the Galaxy A37 5G globally, including in India, in the first or second week of February 2026, according to a tip from tipster Abhishek Yadav. However, Samsung has not officially confirmed any details yet. With February approaching, Samsung may share more info soon if this rumoured timeline turns out to be true.
