<p>The last time he did something like this, the Twitter deal became public knowledge. So, this time, Twitter users have made their demands in advance, requesting that the billionaire should buy YouTube.</p>
<p>Mr Musk recently threatened to walk away from his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter if the social media network fails to provide data on spam and fake accounts.</p>
<p>According to a letter sent by Musk to the company, Twitter was in &#8220;clear material breach&#8221; of its obligations, and Musk reserves all rights to terminate the merger agreement.</p>

<p>Recently Elon Musk had added some key points to his buyout of Twitter. He has asked the twitter board to provide details on the scam bots and spam users on its platform. Elon even threatened to walk out of the deal as faulty information was being provided by Twitter.</p>
