Vivo has finally launched the Vivo v40 SE 4G smartphone in the Czech Republic. This smartphone comes with features like a Snapdragon 685 chipset, an E4 AMOLED display, and a 50MP main camera. Let’s get to know about this smartphone in detail.

Price

The Vivo V40 SE 4G smartphone has been launched in the Czech Republic at the price of 4,999 CZK (~ Rs. 17,800) for the 8GB + 128GB variant while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at  CKZ 5,999 (~Rs. 21,400). The smartphone has been launched in two color options Crystal Black and Leather Purple.

Specifications of Vivo V40 SE 4G

The Vivo V40 SE 4G smartphone features a 6.67″ wide 120Hz AMOLED display with 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution and 1800 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the 6nm Snapdragon 685 processor paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS2.2 storage. In the camera department, the smartphone has a 50MP main camera with a 2MP camera on the rear while on the front side, it has an 8MP selfie shooter. It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 80W charging. Its dimensions are 163.17 × 75.81 × 7.79 mm for the Crystal Black and for the Leather Purple variant is 163.17*75.81*7.99. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C connectivity.

The Indian market will also soon witness the launch of two new smartphones from the Vivo V40 series that will be Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro smartphone.

It seems Vivo is planning to launch a 4G smartphone in the market, as we have spotted the Vivo V40 SE 4G on Bluetooth SIG Certification with the model number V2342. This is the same model number as the Vivo Y100 4G and Vivo V30 Lite 4G. So, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that it may have similar specs to those already available in the V30 Lite 4G, aka Vivo Y100 4G.

It is spotted on the certification with the model number V2342. As per the certification, it will have Bluetooth version 5.0. Other than this not much is revealed via this certification. But not long back, its 5G variant was launched in Europe with the model number “V2337”. 

Now if you look at the certification closely, model number V2342 has Vivo Y100 4G and Vivo V30 Lite 4G as the moniker also. So, Vivo V40 SE 4G is going to be the repackaged version of V30 Lite 4G aka Vivo Y100 4G.
