This performance shot McGregor into the record books, it could be no other in the No. 1 spot. The battle was for the lightweight title, he slammed the reigning champion, Eddie Alvarez, in the main event of the UFC 205 fight card. It took McGregor less than two rounds to pick apart Alvarez and become the first-ever UFC fighter to hold titles in two divisions at the same time.

vs Jose Aldo

Probably the toughest in McGregor’s career, the battle was with the reigning featherweight king Jose Aldo. McGregor unified the featherweight title in just 13 seconds and completely silenced all doubters. It was the best finish in the UFC championship history with that victory.

vs Donald Cerrone

This victory marked the resurgence of a man many felt was finished for good. McGregor stepped into the Octagon nearly four years removed from his most recent victory. In just a matter of 40 seconds, victory was assured for McGregor. Indeed a tight slap to all haters.

vs Chad Mendes

It was the first time that McGregor held a UFC title. When his original opponent was forced to withdraw from the bout Chad Mendes stepped up hoping to stop the hype train and derail any chances of McGregor holding a UFC title. Mendes almost snatched a win, but the second round was the game changer and McGregor was victorious.

vs Dennis Siver

This was another great one from McGregor, but what most people remember about this fight was the moment McGregor leaped over the Octagon walls to confront Jose Aldo. With this win McGregor rose to superstardom, he could have done anything in the cage, it was all forgotten once Aldo got involved.

vs Marcus Brimage

An introduction for McGregor in the MMA world, McGregor shot into the spotlight when he stunned in his UFC debut with a 1:07 knockout of Marcus Brimage. This also marked the first of many performance bonuses’ for the Irishman.

vs Nate Diaz

This fight marked a important and crucial moment in McGregor’s career. He proved that he can avenge a loss. This bout came after his first UFC loss to Nate Diaz and he was able to secure the slim win with a majority decision. It’s was a complete one man show from McGregor.

vs Diego Brandao

Not the best, but definitely a hell of a battle, This marked the first of many headlining fights and was held in McGregor’s home country of Ireland. McGregor stopped Brandao in the very first round that night.

vs Dustin Poirier

McGregor secured the third bonus of his career when he TKO’d Dustin Poirier in under two minutes. Though it wasn’t the fastest finish of his career, it was still pretty fun to watch him completely crunch Poirier in quick succession. By this time, McGregor was an established MMA fighter in the wrestling world.

vs Max Holloway

The fight against Holloway is probably the least great or essential win in the Irishman’s career. It was just a fight on his way to the top, there was no deeper meaning. I also picked it for No. 10 as it’s one of only two decision wins on his UFC record.

Conor McGregor vs Jose Aldo

Conor McGregor is the biggest name in UFC and the match against Jose Aldo in 2015 is one of the main reasons of that. A kick to the jaw and a sudden left handed cross put Aldo down for the count. The match was just of 13 seconds. The fastest title win in UFC.

Chuck Liddell vs Randy Couture

At UFC 52, the ‘Iceman’ took down Couture with a decisive blow, after continuous blows from Couture, Liddell made a perfect jab in the chin of Couture, to knock him out and get his hands on the UFC Light Heavyweight title.

Dan Henderson vs Michael Bisping

With a furious shot Bisping was on the ground. In his own style, Henderson dove at Bisping for a finishing move. But it was totally unnecessary. Bisping was out cold before he even hit the mat.

Matt Serra vs Georges St – Pierre

With the match started, St – Pierre on the border of the Octagon with a hard right fist, Serra leapt on his opponent and hit him with a baggage of punches until the fight was called. With this match at UFC 69, St – Pierre grabbed the welterweight title.

Rashad Evans vs Chuck Liddell

Back and fourth at each other, by the second round Liddell got more aggressive. However, Evans fired off a quick left jab before landing a booming right squarely on Liddell’s chin.

Anderson Silva vs Vitor Belfort

With a first kick at Belfort’s face in the first round, which forced him to the ground before a bag of consecutive punches. Silva ended the game with a knockout of a amazing kick.

Chris Weidman vs Anderson Silva

Silva was at a winning streak of 16 – 0 at that time, the longest title run also. However, the All – American ended the streak with left fist which caught him on the chin and the “The Spider” got washed out.

Phil Baroni vs Dave Menne

Just an 18 second match, with a punch to the head of Menne in the corner, though five more shots were done by Baroni at Menne’s head within seconds before declaring him the winner.

It’s something that he has earned throughout his career as a spectacular knockout artist, let’s have a look at Mike Tyson’s top 5 fights.

Mike Tyson vs Buster Mathis Jr.

In 1992, Tyson was sentenced to prison for six years at the time of his peak, he was released on parole and made his comeback in the ring. This was his second fight after release from prison, it was set to be a roaring site of action for the former heavyweight champion. Mathis was getting the heck out of Tyson, just before Tyson made an uppercut in the third round which made Mathis lost total sense.

Mike Tyson vs Francois Botha

This was an engaging fight against and showcases us why Mike Tyson is the greatest heavyweight in history. it was looking for sure that Tyson meant business while Botha was in a corner, the fifth round was the decider when Tyson caught Botha with a left straight to the chin and got rid of Botha.

Mike Tyson vs Frank Bruno

Both elements like mentally and physically were tested in this match, the match was in the year 1989, the two giants immediately locked horns, Tyson had his beast mode on and got the better of Bruno in the fifth round with three upper cuts and a kick to the jaw. However, the contest was halted.

Mike Tyson vs Trevor Berbick

At the age of just 20 in 1985, Mike Tyson put up a great show against Trevor Berbick, intriguing contest between the two, Tyson was over controlling through his speed and power. It was just a matter of two rounds to knock out Berbick, A left hook dealed the victory for Tyson.

Mike Tyson vs Larry Holmes

It was all for Larry Holmes, Tyson was looking for revenge and was set on a mission, he was seeking revenge in the honour of his idol, Muhammad Ali. Holmes had given Ali a tough time, which obviously clearly didn’t go well with Tyson. Mike Tyson was just too fast and strong for Holmes, with a right hook, Holmes was gone and out of sight in the fourth round. This was also the only knockout loss in Holmes career

Riakporhe’s fight with the Italian is an eliminator with the winner moving up to No 2 in the IBF cruiserweight rankings and in the position to challenge champion Maris Breidis later this year.

Richard has a current record of 14 – 0 with an eighth round knockout of Deion Jumah in the capital in late March.

Riakporhe said, “I’m ready to continue my assault on the cruiserweight division. The Midnight Train is on an unstoppable roll and Turchi is the next man tied to the tracks in front of me. He’s a good boxer and I’m expecting a tough fight but nothing I can’t handle. I’m coming out of this one with the win and stepping up into world title contention.”

On the other hand, Turchi has won 20 out of his 21 professional fights – 14 via knockout – with the only loss coming against Tommy McCarthy on points in 2019.
