<h4>What are the sales of Hyundai Pakistan?</h4>
<p>The sales of the entire auto sector posted robust growth in the first half of the current fiscal year (1HFY22) despite surging prices, rising interest rates, and curbs on auto financing by the State Bank in the September-December quarter.</p>
<p>According to Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA), the total car sales expanded by 71.2 % to 114,765 units in 1HFY22 from 67,026 units in 1HFY21. December sales rose to 24,462 units from 15,351 units in November 2021.</p>
<p>JAC, D-Max and Hyundai Porter sales climbed to 479, 253, and 808 units from 308, 141, and 557 units.</p>
<p>Hyundai Tucson and Hyundai Porter sales improved to 1,321 and 808 units in IHFY22 from 1,207 and 557 units in the same period last year.</p>

<p>The carmaker &#8220;Hyundai&#8221; logged total cumulative sales of 48,933 units in December 2021. Out of the total sales, the carmaker sold 32,312 vehicles in the domestic market while 16,621 units were exported to the international markets.</p>
<p>While the numbers are positive when compared to the business done in November 2021, on a yearly scale, domestic sales slumped by over 31 %, figures are as per sources.</p>
<p>Hyundai India exported a total of 1,30,380 vehicles and over 5.05 lakh units were sold in the domestic market.</p>
