Realme’s upcoming smartphone the Realme GT 3 is to have its launch soon in the global market. The smartphone will be the rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone launched early this year in the month of February.

Reports are now revealing that the Realme GT 3 smartphone, which is the rebranded version of the previously launched Realme GT Neo 5 will be making it to the global market very soon. The device is expected to arrive equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage. It is also expected to be pre-installed with the Android 13-based operating system.

Realme GT 3 made its grand entry into the global markets in the month of February this year at the Mobile World Congress 2023. This smartphone arrived with the world’s fastest charging technology with support for up to 240W charging. Realme GT 3 was launched with the aim to set a new benchmark in the smartphone industry with its powerful features and stunning device.

This smartphone has already bagged various certifications even before its launch like NBTC, Bluetooth SIG, TKDN, Geekbench, TUV, and EEC. Now after almost two months of its launch, the smartphone has been spotted on the TDRA certification website with model number RMX3709.

The smartphone features a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+Gen 1 processor and is equipped with Adreno 730 GPU. It runs on Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 OS.

The device packs up a 4600mAh battery which supports a fast charge feature of up to 240W that will fully charge your device in 9 minutes and 30 seconds. It sports a triple rear camera setup that includes 50MP IMX890 OIS main camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, and 2MP microscopic camera. Along with this, the smartphone features 16MP front camera. It offers up to 16 GB RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage.

The Realme GT 3 will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 on February 28. The device was spotted at the NBTC certification before its official announcement. As can be seen in the screengrab below, the NBTC listing reveals that the Realme device with model number RMX3709 will be called the Realme GT 3 240W when it arrives in the global market.

Realme recently unveiled the Realme GT Neo 5 in China. The device comes in 150W and 240W charging variants. It is speculated that the Realme GT Neo 5 240W will be rebranded as the Realme GT 3 globally.

The NBTC listing only confirms the name of the Realme GT 3, but does not reveal anything about its specifications. In all likelihood, it will offer the same specs that are available on the Realme GT Neo 5 240W.

The Realme GT 3 will arrive with a 6.74-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It runs on the Realme UI 3.0-based Android 13 OS.

On the front, the Realme GT 3 will have a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back, it is likely to feature an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The GT 3 is likely to feature the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and a 4,600mAh battery that supports 240W fast charging. It may come with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

Realme India didn’t only stopped there and later revealed in their next tweet that the 240W SUPERVOOC charger will be the world’s first safety certified charger as it will be certified by TUV Rheinland and it also has a hybrid charging algorithm and platinum charging port .

With all these revelations made by the company , it can surely be said that Realme GT 3 is going to be a worth waiting smartphone . Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has also tweeted two days back that this 240W fast charging technology is about to disrupt the smartphone industry .
