After launching the Realme C61 in India, Realme has announced another smartphone in the C series called the Realme C63. The Realme C63 is powered by the Unisoc T612 and shares the same design as the Realme C63, which was recently launched in Indonesia.

Pricing and Availability

The Realme C63 will be available for purchase from tomorrow, 3rd July, and is priced at Rs 8,999. It comes in a single memory option of 4GB RAM and 128GB storage and will be sold via Flipkart, the Realme India website, and other major retail outlets. For those interested in colour options, the phone is available in Leather Blue and Jade Green.

Realme C63 Specs

The Realme C63 is equipped with a Unisoc T612 SoC paired with a Mali G57 GPU and runs on Android 14 OS with Realme UI on top. Notable features include air gestures, Rainwater Smart Touch, and Mini Capsule 2. It offers 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM with an additional 4GB of virtual RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be expanded up to 2TB via a microSD card. The phone boasts a 6.74-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 450 nits of peak brightness.

In terms of the camera, the Realme C63 has a 50MP main AI rear camera with an LED flash. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter with a punch-hole layout.

The device is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. Connectivity options include Dual-SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi 5. The Leather Blue variant weighs approximately 191 grams, while the Jade Green variant is slightly lighter at 189 grams. For audio, it features a mono speaker and one-mic noise cancellation.

Realme recently launched the much-awaited Realme C63 smartphone in Indonesia and will soon launch in other markets too evident from its listing on the certification websites like Thailand’s NBTC, and India’s BIS. The markets for the launch are confirmed from certifications though the moniker with which this smartphone can be launched in these markets can be changed. We at The Tech Outlook have just spotted a smartphone with model number RMX3939 on GCF certification.

The listing confirms the association of the Realme C61 smartphone moniker with the model number RMX3939. This is the same model number with which the Realme C63 smartphone appeared on Indonesia’s SDPPI database. The model number has also appeared on TUV Rheinland, Camera FV5, India’s BIS database but without the moniker.

This same model number has also been spotted on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification website with the moniker Realme C63, and it’s officially confirmed also that Realme will launch the Realme C63 smartphone in Malaysia on June 5th.

The company launched its predecessor Realme C51 and C53 with almost the same features in the same markets though they did not appear on certification sites with the same model number. Now considering this all, I would say, the company is going to launch the Realme C63 smartphone in various other markets as Realme C61 rather than launching these two smartphones in the same markets with minor changes.

Realme almost after a week of teasing the Realme C63 smartphone has finally launched the handset in Indonesia. The smartphone comes with features like a 90Hz 6.74 inch wide LCD display, UNISOC T612 Octa-Core 12nm processor, and 50MP rear camera. Let’s get to know about this smartphone in detail.

Specifications – Realme C63 smartphone

The Realme C63 smartphone features a 6.7-inch wide 90Hz display with up to 450nits of peak brightness, touch sampling rate up to 180Hz, and 1600*720 pixels resolution. It is powered by a UNISOC T612 Octa-Core 12nm processor paired with the Mali-G57 GPU. The smartphone packs up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB storage that is expandable up to 2TB through an external SD card. In the camera department, it has got a 50MP AI Camera on the rear and an 8MP Selfie Camera on the front. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W SuperVOOC fast charging. Additionally, it also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a USB Type-C port for charging, NFC support, and Air Gesture Control. Its blue color variant comes with a vegan leather back and green with a glass back.

Price and availability

The smartphone is listed on the company’s website and its 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at 19,99,000 Indonesian Rupiah(~Rs10,000) while its 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at  22,99,000 Indonesian Rupiah(~Rs12,000). The phone will go on sale in Indonesia from 6th June.

It will be launched in Malaysia on June 5th and will come soon in India also known from its listings on certification websites India’s BIS.

Realme C63 smartphone that has earlier been found listed on several certification websites like  TUV Rheinland, SDPPI, and Camera FV5, India’s BIS certification seems to have reached near its launch. Recently Francis Wong the head of product marketing at Realme shared a post on X that shows the rear side of a smartphone.

He has mentioned that the phone is a Realme C63 with a leather back. Now taking it as a kind of official hint towards its near launch one more thing about this smartphone has come out. An Indonesian e-commerce website named Apollo Gadgets Store 100 shared a post on its Insta account that reveals the price of the Realme C63 smartphone for the Indonesian market.

As per the post, the smartphone’s 6GB/128GB variant can be priced at 2,09,000 Indonesian Rupiah(~Rs 10,900) while its 8GB/128GB variant can be priced at 2,299,000 Indonesian Rupiah(~Rs 12,000). In Malaysia, this smartphone is available for pre-order on several websites thus revealing the key specs.

One of the websites named KTS Cellular is doing the same and reveals its specs as well. As per the site, the Realme C63 smartphone will come with a 6.67-inch wide HD LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It can be powered by a Unisoc T612 processor with an AI boost engine. In the camera department, the smartphone can boast a 50MP dual rear camera and an 8MP front camera. It can be backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W quick charge. Additionally, the smartphone is also said to come with features like Air Gestures, Dynamic Button, and Mini Capsule 2.0. It can come with NFC support and comes in an IP54-rated body.

The smartphone brand Realme has unveiled Realme C65 in Vietnam and it will be going on sale on 4^th April, 2024. And now we have spotted a new Realme device on multiple certification websites- Realme C63 which indicates that the brand is currently working on Realme C63.

The Tech Outlook has spotted Realme C63 on the SDPPI database with model number RMX3939 and certificate number 98465/SDPPI/2024. Except for the moniker and model number, the listing does not reveal much about the smartphone.

This same model number has also been spotted on the TUV Rheinland certification website which reveals that the smartphone will support 45W fast charging and feature a 4880mAh battery. Realme is likely to market the battery capacity as 5000mAh.

This upcoming device also made it’s appearance on Camera FV5 database.

It is revealed that the smartphone will arrive with a 35mm focal length and f/1.8 aperture. It also reveals a 12.6MP image which suggests that the smartphone could be equipped with a 50MP primary camera while the maximum picture resolution of the image is 4096×3072 pixels.
