This means these handsets will not be receiving the next OS update and security patch. In case you are using any of these devices it’s time to switch to the latest smartphone especially if you are concerned about the security of your smartphone. Here it needs to be specified that Mi 11 Lite is the 4G variant that won’t be receiving the update while the rest of the variants will still receive it.

Most of the devices mentioned above were launched two or three years ago. Xiaomi has had a history of launching smartphones with the promise to roll out just two Android updates and three years of security updates. This has also caused a backlash for the company. The company changed this with the launch of the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro smartphones that came with the promise to get four major Android updates and five years of security patches.

There are several reasons behind smartphone brands stopped releasing updates to old models. One of the reasons is that older hardware may not be able to support the latest software updates. Phone makers make sure to focus more on new models rather than earlier released models. And smartphones may work smoothly for you even if your smartphone stops receiving updates but its may have some security issues as well.

User Reviews on Gooogle Reviews:–

• Nice Phone (5 star)

This phone is a absolute beast and worthy for its price. The only problem I faced was the heating problem but that was only when I was playing Asphalt 9 at max graphics. The camera is also very good, gaming is on extreme level I can run HDR + Extreme in PUBGM. There is a Game Turbo feature auto installed in this phone which is amazing you can customise each game and increase its performance, optimize wifi etc and also one thing that isn’t very good is the brightness it’s not very low but it’s still low in the sunlight. The battery is also very good. The speakers of this phone are very very good they are extremely loud and clear. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

• Value for money (4 star)

Good screen. Good camera. Generous memory/storage. Good price for the spec. I didn’t get the ruler our before buying and it turns out 6.67inches isn’t as big as I thought but for most people I reckon this phone would hit the size sweet spot; I like my phones very big-boned.

• Good phone, but heavy and large (3 star)

seems very capable, but it’s heavy, and nearly twice as large as my previous smart phone I had difficulties setting it up and had to get help from a professional to get past the language selection screen.

• The phone isn’t as great as it sounds (2 star)

I bought it last month and the battery life has already started to drop rapidly.

• Worst mobile in the world:realme products (1 star)

Very very very worst mobile in the world. Please trust me. You will loose your money. Don’t prefer this realme brands. I am very sure about this realme products. Once I have a dream to maintain all the realme products but now all the products I am using are the worst in this world. The poco mobiles are the flop models. They are cheating us. As a user of this mobile I am saying you the truth.

Hope these honest Google reviews will help you in deciding whether to buy this or not.

This article compares two such POCO smartphones – The POCO F5 which is expected to launch soon and the POCO X3 Pro, to find out who will stand out from the other.

POCO F5 (Expected Features)vs POCO X3 Pro

The POCO X3 Pro runs with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 (7 nm) chipset while the POCO F5 runs with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 chipset. Both phones have an octa-core processor. When the operating system of POCO X3 is Android 11, the POCO F5 has Android 12 as the operating system.

The POCO F5 features a Super AMOLED display with a screen size of 6.7 inches and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. While the POCO X3 Pro only has an IPS LCD, 120Hz, HDR10 display with a screen size of 6.67 inches and the same resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. When the POCO X3 Pro is protected with the Corning Gorilla Glass 6, the POCO F5 is protected with the Corning Glass 5.

The POCO X3 Pro has a quad camera setup of a combination of a 48MP + 8MP +2MP + 2Mp camera and a single front camera unit of 20MP. The POCO F5 however has a 64MP + 8MP + 5MP triple camera setup. The phone also features a 32MP single selfie camera.

Both devices have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor along with other sensors like the accelerometer, proximity sensor, compass, and all.

The POCO X3 Pro is powered by a 5160 mAh nonremovable battery with a 33W fast charging feature. The company claims the phone acquired a 59% charge in 30 mins and 100% of the phone’s charge in 59 mins. The POCO F5 is only having a 4700 mAh nonremovable battery. But what makes the phone stand out is its sonic 67W fast charge.

Comparing both the phones, one identifies that both are really well-performing smartphones with some advanced features. But the POCO F5 truly stands out from the POCO X3 Pro for a lot of reasons. The price of both the phones also has a huge difference. When the POCO X3 Pro is priced at starting price of RS. 18,999, the POCO F5 starts at a price of RS. 23,999. So before making a decision look for the price and the device used currently by the user. This can help you to select the best phone for you.
