This upcoming tablet has bagged multiple certifications- <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/xiaomi-to-launch-first-poco-tablet-receives-european-eec-certification/">EEC</a>, <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/pocos-first-tablet-revealed-to-come-with-8mp-camera-and-33w-charging-support-also-spotted-on-imda/">IMDA, Camera FV-5, FCC</a>, and <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/pocos-first-tablet-moniker-confirmed-via-tdra-will-be-called-poco-pad-redmi-pad-prowifi-also-spotted/">TDRA</a>. The tablet is also rumored to be accompanied by POCO Stylus and tablet keyboard as both devices have made their appearance <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/?s=POCO+Stylus">online</a>.</p>
<p>Today, our team at The Tech Outlook spotted the POCO Pad on the SDPPI certification website. It was listed with certificate number 99362/SDPPI/2024 and model number 2405CPCFBG.<br />
<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-188319 size-full" src="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Poco_Pad_spotted_on_SDPPI1.jpg" alt="" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Poco_Pad_spotted_on_SDPPI1.jpg 1200w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Poco_Pad_spotted_on_SDPPI1-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Poco_Pad_spotted_on_SDPPI1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Poco_Pad_spotted_on_SDPPI1-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Poco_Pad_spotted_on_SDPPI1-150x84.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /><br />
The listing does not reveal much about the upcoming POCO tablet but it does hint towards their imminent launch. We already <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/rumored-gadgets/poco-stylus-that-is-expected-to-accompany-companys-first-tablet-appeared-on-sdppi-certification-website/">shared with you</a> about the appearance of POCO Stylus on the certification website.</p>
<h2>Here’s what we know about the upcoming POCO Pad</h2>
<p>The TDRA listing revealed that the 2405CPCFBG model number belongs to the Wi-Fi-only variant of the POCO Pad. The FCC listing revealed that the tablet will run on HyperOS 1.0 based on Android 14. It will feature WiFi 6 and will support 33W fast charging.</p>
<p>The Camera FV-5 listing suggested that the tablet will feature 8MP front and rear camera sensors. Reports also suggested that this upcoming tablet could be the rebranded version of <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/?s=Redmi+Pad+Pro">Redmi Pad Pro</a> which is also a part of the rumor mill currently and is nearing its global launch.</p>
<p>Since the tablet has bagged various certifications already it is expected that POCO might soon announce the launch of the POCO Pad.</p>

<h2>Poco Pad on TDRA</h2>
<p>This will be Poco&#8217;s first tablet and has already been spotted on <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/xiaomi-to-launch-first-poco-tablet-receives-european-eec-certification/">EEC</a>, <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/pocos-first-tablet-revealed-to-come-with-8mp-camera-and-33w-charging-support-also-spotted-on-imda/">IMDA, Camera FV-5, and FCC with the model number &#8220;2405CPCFBG&#8221;</a>. Previously, it wasn&#8217;t known what name Poco might give its first tablet. However, thanks to the TDRA certification, it has been revealed as the &#8220;Poco Pad&#8221;, listed under the same model number &#8220;2405CPCFBG&#8221; with the registration number &#8220;ER31630/24&#8221;. Through the TDRA certification, it has also been revealed that this will be the WiFi-only version.</p>

<p>In addition to this, an earlier FCC certification indicated that it would run on HyperOS 1.0 based on Android 14 and feature WiFi 6. The FCC certification also confirms that it will ship with 33W fast charging support. Additionally, Camera FV-5 hints at the possibility of it featuring 8MP front and rear cameras.</p>
<p>There are also rumors suggesting that the Poco Pad could be a rebranded version of the Redmi Pad Pro.</p>
<h2>Redmi Pad Pro(Wifi) on TDRA</h2>
<p>The <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/redmi-pad-pro-tablet-launched-in-china-with-snapdragon-7s-gen-2-soc-at-the-starting-price-of-1499-yuan/">Redmi Pad Pro (Wifi) was recently unveiled in the Chinese market</a> and is expected to debut soon in the global market with the same specifications. Similar to the Poco Pad, it has been spotted on the TDRA certification with the model number &#8220;2405CRPFDG&#8221;. Again, TDRA didn&#8217;t reveal any specs of this tablet, but earlier sightings on<a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/redmi-pad-pro-global-variant-spotted-on-google-play-console-with-two-model-numbers/"> Google Play Console have suggested that it might come with the same specifications as its Chinese version</a>. A previous report has revealed that the Global Redmi Pad Pro (Wifi) will have two model numbers: &#8220;2405CRPFDG&#8221; and &#8220;2405CRPFDL&#8221;. Here, &#8220;G&#8221; signifies Global, and &#8220;L&#8221; signifies Latin America.</p>

<p>Now, looking at both model numbers, we can see &#8220;2405&#8221; at the beginning, hinting that these may launch globally in May or June. Since the Poco Pad is going to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Pad Pro, we can also expect it to feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SOC.</p>
