<p>Recently an Oppo device with model number<a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/tech-whispers/oppo-a3-pro-5g-sighted-on-malaysian-sirim-certification-also-cph2643-spotted-on-bis-and-hi-res-audio-certification/"> CPH2643 was spotted on BIS and Hi-Res Audio certification</a>, though the moniker was not revealed it was assumed to be the upcoming Oppo F27 Pro+ device. Today the same model number has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-190372 size-full" src="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Oppo_CPH26431.jpg" alt="" width="953" height="730" srcset="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Oppo_CPH26431.jpg 953w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Oppo_CPH26431-300x230.jpg 300w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Oppo_CPH26431-768x588.jpg 768w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Oppo_CPH26431-150x115.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 953px) 100vw, 953px" /></p>
<p>The database does not disclose the moniker of the smartphone but it reveals that the device will support Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. If reports are to be believed Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G could be the repackaged version of the <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-a3-pro-5g-smartphone-launched-officially-in-china-pre-order-starts-from-today-itself/">Oppo A3 Pro</a> that recently launched in the Chinese market.</p>
<p>Apart from Oppo CPH2643, Oppo Reno 12 Pro global variant with model number CPH2629 has also been spotted on Bluetooth SIG database which reveals that the device will support Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.</p>

<p>This series is soon expected to make its debut in the global market and we are hoping this because of its appearance on a number of certification websites like <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-pro-5g-global-variant-with-model-number-cph2629-spotted-on-sdppi-and-bis-certification-websites/">SDPPI</a>, <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-5g-global-variant-spotted-on-tdra-moniker-confirmed-also-spotted-on-multiple-certifications/">TDRA</a>, <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/tech-whispers/oppo-reno-12-5g-smartphone-appeared-on-thailands-nbtc-and-singapores-imda-certification-website/">NBTC, and IMDA</a>. But don&#8217;t expect similar specs as Oppo may launch it with different specs for the Global market.</p>

While the <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-pro-5g-again-spotted-on-three-new-certifications-tdra-nbtc-and-sirim/">Reno 12 Pro 5G global variant has been seen in multiple certifications</a>, the vanilla variant was previously absent from these listings. However, it has now been spotted in both TDRA and SDPPI certifications, revealing its model number.</p>
<h2>Oppo Reno 12 5G TDRA and SDPPI</h2>
<p>So finally, the vanilla variant Reno 12 5G has stopped by the TDRA certification. It is listed with the model number &#8220;CPH2625&#8221; and shows Oppo Reno 12 5G under the marketing name. However, the listing does not yet show the registration number, indicating that it is still in the process of obtaining complete certification from TDRA.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-188231" src="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-TDRA.jpg" alt="" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-TDRA.jpg 1200w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-TDRA-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-TDRA-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-TDRA-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-TDRA-150x84.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></p>
<p>Meanwhile, the Indonesian telecom certification authority SDPPI also lists the same model number &#8220;CPH2625.&#8221; However, the moniker is not included in this certification. Additionally, neither of the certifications reveals any hardware or software specifications.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-188232" src="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-SDPPI.jpg" alt="" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-SDPPI.jpg 1200w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-SDPPI-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-SDPPI-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-SDPPI-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Oppo-Reno-12-Global-spotted-on-SDPPI-150x84.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></p>
<p>But thanks to our colleagues at the <a href="https://www.91mobiles.com/hub/mysterious-oppo-phone-geekbench-tuv-rheinland-camera-fv5/">91Mobiles</a>, who found this model number on the Geekbench, Camera FV-5, and TUV certification.</p>
<p>According to the Geekbench listing, the device scored 1033 points in single-core and 2750 points in multi-core tests. The listing also indicates that it will run on Android 14 out of the box, though the exact version remains unknown. Additionally, it will come with at least 8GB of RAM. The motherboard section notes ‘k6878V_64’, but the specific processor is currently unidentified. However, it is speculated to be the Dimensity 8300 SoC. This Octa-Core processor has a base frequency of 2 GHz and a peak clock speed of 2.5 GHz, paired with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-188233" src="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-Geekbench.jpg" alt="" width="660" height="835" srcset="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-Geekbench.jpg 660w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-Geekbench-237x300.jpg 237w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-Geekbench-150x190.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px" /></p>
<p>Now we recently discovered all the key specs of <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-full-specifications-emerge-via-tenaa-certification/">Reno 12 5G (China) on Tenaa certification</a>. As per Tenaa, the Chinese variant will be powered by Dimesnity 8250 SOC. This would mean, Oppo will launch this smartphone with a different chipset for the global market.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-188236" src="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-TUV.jpg" alt="" width="760" height="774" srcset="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-TUV.jpg 760w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-TUV-295x300.jpg 295w, https://www.thetechoutlook.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Reno-12-Global-TUV-150x153.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px" /></p>
<p>According to the TUV certification, the battery capacity is 4880 mAh, but it is expected to be marketed as 5000 mAh and will support 80W fast charging. This TUV certification suggests that both the Chinese and global variants will have the same battery capacity.</p>
<p>The sensor likely has a native resolution of 50.4MP, and with 4-to-1 pixel binning, the main camera, featuring an f/1.8 aperture and EIS support, will produce 12.6MP images. This binning process results in an effective pixel size of 1.6 microns.</p>

<p>Additionally, the phone will feature a secondary rear camera with an 8.3MP resolution, a slightly wider focal length of 21.9mm, and a smaller f/2.0 aperture. This camera also includes EIS support and has a smaller sensor with 1.2-micron pixels. Given its slightly wider field of view (though not enough to be classified as ultrawide), it appears to correspond to the front camera when in binned mode.</p>

<p>Rest of the story continues below:</p>
<p>It seems Oppo has two new smartphones in the pipeline under its Reno series, dubbed the Reno 12 Series. Just like its predecessor, it is expected to consist of two models: the Oppo Reno 12 and Oppo Reno 12 Pro. Recently, among the two, the Reno 12 Pro 5G (Global) was spotted on <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-smartphone-with-model-number-cph2629-spotted-on-tuv-rheinland-import-export-website-and-camera-fv5-listing/">TUV, Import &amp; Export</a>, <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/rumored-gadgets/oppo-smartphone-with-model-number-cph2629-appeared-on-imda-certification-website/">IMDA</a>, <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-pro-5g-global-variant-with-model-number-cph2629-spotted-on-sdppi-and-bis-certification-websites/">BIS, and SDPPI certifications</a>. Additionally, the Reno 12 Pro 5G has been spotted, this time on NBTC and SIRIM.</p>
<h2>Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G SIRIM and NBTC</h2>
<p>Starting with the SIRIM (Malaysia) certification, it is listed with the model number &#8220;CPH2629&#8221;, Type Approval Code &#8220;RGQL/78G/0524/S(24-1738)&#8221;, and was approved on May 9th, 2024. The next one is the NBTC (Thailand) certification, which shows the moniker as Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G and the model number &#8220;CPH2629&#8221;. Both certifications only reveal what is already known to us so far and add nothing.</p>

<p>Earlier DCS has revealed that <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/rumored-gadgets/launch-timeframe-of-oppo-reno-12-series-oppo-pad-3-enco-x3-tipped/">Oppo might launch the Reno 12 Series either by the end of May or by early June</a> in its home country. As this smartphone has been sighted on Global certifications, it would mean that the Global launch is also near.</p>
<h2>Oppo Reno 12 Pro (Expected Specs China)</h2>
<p>Earlier, DCS has also shared some of the key specs the Pro variant may carry. According to him, we will see a <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/alleged-oppo-reno-12-pro-specifications-leak-reveals-display-chipset-camera-battery-charging-details/">6.7-inch OLED panel with micro-curvature at the edges.</a> It is likely to offer a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.</p>
<p>As reported earlier, we may see a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset powering this smartphone. Along with this, a 5,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support can be expected.</p>
<p>An <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-series-design-render-leaked-ahead-of-launch/">alleged render of this smartphone also appeared</a> a while ago, showing that Oppo is now adopting a triple vertical camera layout just like Samsung. If an earlier <a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-and-reno-12-pro-specs-launch-timeline-and-pricing-tipped/">leak</a> is to be believed, we can expect a 50MP front selfie camera. It is also likely to feature a rear<a href="https://www.thetechoutlook.com/news/new-release/gadgets-release/mobile/oppo-reno-12-series-camera-spec-tipped-newly-customized-sony-main-camera/"> 50MP main camera</a>, a 50MP telephoto camera offering 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP Ultra Wide Camera.</p>
<p>Note: Currently, it is unknown whether the Global variant will also come with the same specs or not.</p>
