All four smartphones in comparison are great smartphones but when you look at the overall specifications of the smartphones, the Vivo X Flip has turned out to be the better one.

Looking at the performance of the Vivo X Flip, we can’t say that the device offers the best performance but we can sure say that the device offers good performance which is comparable with the other three devices. Just to mention, among the four devices, the OPPO Find N2 Flip has the best performance.

Coming to its display too, the device doesn’t have the best display but, offers its users quite a large display for its inner display and cover display. It should also be noted that the Vivo smartphone has the highest screen resolution for its inner display among the four devices. The Motorola smartphone has the largest display with the fastest screen resolution.

For its cameras, the Vivo X Flip has a dual camera setup at its rear, just like the other three devices and offers its users a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera. Apart from the OPPO smartphone, the Vivo smartphone is the only device with a 50MP main camera. The latest Motorola Razr Ultra however has a slightly better ultrawide camera of 13MP. For selfies, the Vivo smartphone also has a 32MP front-facing camera, which is again the best camera and is also being offered in the OPPO device and the Motorola smartphone.

Regarding the battery backup, the Vivo X Flip has the best battery backup of 4800 mAh with a wired fast charge support of 44W. However, the device lacks a wireless charging feature and a reverse charging feature, both of which are present in Samsung’s flip-phone. It is also to be noted that the Motorola smartphone also supports a wireless charging feature.

So as mentioned, in terms of its performance, displays, cameras and battery, even if the smartphone is not the best in some aspects, the device when it comes to its overall specification is comparatively better than the other three devices and this makes the Vivo X Flip the best smartphone in this comparison.

OPPO Find N2 Flip ColorOS 13.1 Update

The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, OPPO launched its Find N2 Flip foldable device late last year with good performance and design specs, and currently, the brand is rolling out the ColorOS 13.1 update to its flagship device.

The update has a total size of 965.26MB and the device with the update will be updated to firmware version, CPH2437_13.1.0.540(EX01). As mentioned, the update includes some system improvements and feature additions for the device.

The ColorOS 13.1 update will improve the device’s interconnection capabilities with the new smart cross-device connection, enabling users to seamlessly connect with other devices and experience better interoperability. The auto-connect feature that has been introduced will also be able to connect to smartphones, tablets, and PCs automatically that are placed in close proximity to the device.

A TalkBack feature and the Zen Space app are also new additions. The TalkBack feature identifies and talks about the identified image to its users. The new Zen Space app has two modes, a Deep Zen mode and a Light Zen mode, which will help its users to relax and gain focus.

With the update, OPPO has also made sure to bring some improvements to its user’s gaming experience. A Championship mode that silences calls, messages, and other notifications and improves the device’s performance is again one of the new features. On Game Assistant, a music playback control has been added as well, which allows its users to enjoy music while gaming.

The new ColorOS 13.1 update will be rolled out to the Find N2 Flip devices as an OTA update and users will be notified once the update is made available. Users can also check for the availability of the update by visiting “System Updates” in the phone’s “Settings”. For security reasons, OPPO recommends its users to back up all their data before updating, and if by chance any of its users come across a bug or an issue, OPPO advises its users to report the issue by contacting its customer service.

Android 14 operating system was officially unveiled on May 10 at the Google I/O event. Just after the official announcement, many devices started getting the beta versions of this latest operating system. In this list recently OPPO has also joined as the brand officially announced that Android 14 Beta 1 is available in its latest foldable smartphone Find N2 Flip.

OPPO Find N2 Flip has now become the first foldable device that is eligible to download the Android 14 Beta 1 version. Though this version is still unstable and is only available for the variants in India, Thailand, and Malaysia. The important thing to note is that this version is for advanced users only as the version is still unstable so there might be chances that it involves some bugs and issues.

In the official statement released by the brand, the users are also warned that these builds are better suited for developers and members with deep knowledge of Android and tech. While users are recommended to avoid installing the software on their main device as it is still in an early development stage.

Things to Keep in my Mind

While users should also keep in mind to install the software only if their device has at least 30% battery left and at least 4GB storage is available on the device. Also if a user wants to switch from ColorOS 14 to ColorOS 13 they are free to do it but the only disadvantage is that all the contents from their device will be erased in the process.
