The former cabinet minister objected to PM Modi for declaring that the Indian economy is growing faster. 

Going back to 2019, PM Narendra Modi planned to make India a US $5 trillion economy and a global economic house by 2024-2025.

However, the Indian economy is recovering the loss/damage happened during COVID lockdown.

Though the Russia – Ukraine war impacted the world economy but Indian economy grew by 6.4 percent in 2022, less than last year which tracked 8.8 percent.

Today, Swamy claimed, all this economic news is fake (bogus). He stated that, ‘Such false claims hurt India’s global credibility.’

He also mentioned that he will write an ‘Op-Ed’ i.e. opposite the editorial page.

On his tweet, many users supported his opinion and criticised PM Modi for just giving baseless hope and unplanned decisions.

Whereas, many users supported PM Modi and believed on his words.

BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy made controversial comments on his Twitter account on Friday. He stated on the Twitter that

ABs and GBs are expressing vulgar views on Twitter.  He has a history of making controversial statements. The full form of ABs and GBs is “Andhbhakts and Gandhbhakts”. He tweeted in his tweet that patrons of German troops are Hitler and Goebbel.

Subramanian Swamy asked who is patronizing them in the Indian constitution. He also mentioned some pet names such as bambino and TDK. While people are calling it is not a sophisticated manner to call others ABs and GBs.

ABs and GBs on Twitter are expressing vulgar views much like “storm troopers”expressed in newspapers in Germany during 1933-37. Patrons of these storm troopers were Hitler and Goebbel. Any guesses on who in Indian politics are patronising them? TDK and Bambino? Or another duo?

Subramanian Swamy used Andhbhakts as a reference to blind supporters of Modi, while Gandhbhakts as a reference to followers of Modi who stink. Everyone is familiar with the names  Bambino and TDK.  People say that they refer to Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.

In a recent development, Mr. Swamy has been vocal about his concerns over the genocide that is happening in Bangladesh. For those who don’t know who Mr. Swamy is, Subramanian Swamy is an Indian politician, economist, and statistician who serves in the Rajya Sabha, the Indian Parliament’s upper chamber, as a nominated Member of Parliament. He was a professor of Mathematical Economics at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi before entering politics.

He pointed out that why BJP is not protesting over the Bangladesh issue, is because we are afraid now from Bangladesh. In his tweets, he also mentioned that after aggression from china in Ladakh are we becoming what we shouldn’t.

Why is BJP govt not protesting on the issue of the developing genocide of Hindus in Bangla Desh? Are we afraid of BD? After the fear of Chinese aggression in Ladakh, we are cowed by Taliban take over of Afghanistan and want to talk with them. Will we be next afraid of Maldives?

What exactly is the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership?

According to the Australian Governments Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website, the Prime Ministers of both countries jointly participated in an India-Australia Leaders’ Virtual Summit on 04 June 2020.

This partnership was finalised after a meeting between the two which talked about the progress in the relationship across many fields, as well as the importance of a globally coordinated response to COVID-19 and working to build a prosperous, open and stable post-COVID-19 world. According to a new police report, The Prime Minister’s Varanasi office has been put up for “sale” on famous site OLX following which 4 people have been arrested as suspects.

The accused had taken a picture of the “Jansampark Kaaryalay (public relations office)” of PM Modi, who represents Varanasi in the Lok Sabha, and put it “up for sale” on OLX website, they said.

The office is located in the Jawahar Nagar locality of the city, and under the jurisdiction of Bhelupur police, Varanasi Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Amit Pathak said.

“Yesterday, it came to our notice that the prime minister’s office here has been put up on sale on OLX website. An FIR was immediately lodged at the Bhelupur police station, and the matter is being investigated,” Mr Pathak said.

“Four people involved in the case have been taken in custody,” he said, adding that the person who took the picture and put it on the website is among them.

The accused are being questioned, and further legal proceedings are being carried out, he said.
