A new budget 4G smartphone is soon set to make its way to global markets as the successor to the Infinix Hot 40. This upcoming device will be called the Infinix Hot 50. Interestingly, we’ve spotted it on several key certifications, which have revealed almost everything about the smartphone.

Infinix Hot 50 Specs revealed

The Infinix Hot 50 is listed on the Google Play Console with the model number “X6882,” confirming its moniker. The listing reveals that the device will be powered by a SoC with the codename “MediaTek MT6789,” which corresponds to either the Helio G99 or Helio G99 Ultimate, paired with a Mali G57 GPU clocked at 1068 MHz. The CPU features 2 cores running at 2.2 GHz and 6 cores running at 2.0 GHz. The phone will run Android 14 out of the box and will have at least 8GB of RAM. Additionally, the listing shows that the screen will have a resolution of 1080×2460 with a pixel density of 480 DPI.

The same model number “X6882” also appeared on the Geekbench database, where the findings align with those from the Google Play Console. The prototype tested on Geekbench achieved a single-core score of 742 and a multi-core score of 2029. Consistent with the Google Play Console listing, the CPU features 6 cores running at 2.0 GHz and 2 cores running at 2.2 GHz. Additionally, it confirms that the device will run Android 14 and will have at least 8GB of RAM.

According to the TUV certification, the Infinix Hot 50 will have a battery capacity of 4,900 mAh. Additionally, it has been spotted on the EEC certification, alongside three new model numbers (X6531B, X6532, X6881) that could belong to other devices in the Hot 50 series.
