IT assistance important HCL Technologies on Friday told it will amass Hungarian firm Starschema for about $42.5 million, in other words Rs 315 Crore.

HCL Technologies has ratified an explicit agreement for the accession of Budapest-based Starschema, which gives data engineering assistance, as per regulatory filing.

It expanded that The strategic accession will strengthen HCL Technologies’ capacity in digital engineering ridden by data engineering and gain its existence in Central and Eastern Europe.
