American Journalist Brian Krebs posted on Twitter to reflect upon the admin of the cybercrime forum breached who bought the data and leaked it.

“The admin of the cybercrime forum Breached said they just received a cease and desist letter claiming the forum thread where a Mexican bank’s data was being sold was fake news and harming the bank’s reputation. The admin responded by purchasing the data and leaking it. Whoops,” Brian tweeted.

The admin of the breach forum then posted that he bought the data to leak as he was getting constant emails from Group-IB and was complaining that the alleged data sold on the website was fake and causing damage to the bank’s reputation. The admin of Breach Forum then said that they even attempted to submit DMCA against the website.

According to the posted data, it looks like it’s a Mexican Bank HSBC customer sheet. According to the post the 1 gb data includes the following information of the customers:

• Account number
  Customer number
  How you conduct your banking transactions.
  Amount of money moving
  Name
