Apple will be making the iPhone 14 in India soon after the production of China-made devices.

Two months after the China-based smart devices are released, Apple will bring its new model of iPhones to the public.

Reports say that Apple, which has manufactured the majority of its iPhones in China for a long time, is now looking for alternatives. Because Xi Jinping’s presidency tussles with the US government.

Furthermore, due to the overly cautious COVID 19 guidelines, many tech companies experienced component shortages during their production cycle. This had an influence on certain tech corporations, including Apple, which no longer intends to continue manufacturing in China.

According to people familiar with the situation, the company is working with suppliers to rapidly increase manufacturing in India and reduce the discrepancy in production of the new iPhone from the typical six to nine months for previous launches.

In India, Apple Inc. relies on Foxconn’s plant that exists in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. Sources reveal that the Sriperumbudur plant will soon begin making the upcoming iPhone 14 series, iPads, as well as MacBooks, and desktops.

In addition to this, Foxconn is considering expansion in a variety of areas.
It will either take over existing manufacturing facilities or, more likely, establish new ones in the coming years.

Consequently, the company is working to fulfill the orders for the future Apple products.

Consequently, the Samsung company’s future production line will be done at an another factory which will be capable of creating OLED displays at large. The company has also stated the OLED display will also be made for the MacBook Pro model.

Initially, Apple reported that it plans to release its first iPad Pro models with OLED displays in the coming 2024. Also, the company stated that the Samsung would make the displays for those models.

The OLED panels uses self-emitting pixels, that means the panels itself will use softly bright and radiant lights. Consequently, it will not require any backlighting, which could enhance the contrast ratio. This could also make the device have a longer battery life on the future iPad and MacBook models.

The iPod Touch, the last of a line of products that launched in October 2001, was announced by Apple on Tuesday as being discontinued. The touch-screen model, which was first released in 2007, will be available until supplies run out.

Over the years, Apple developed hundreds of iPod models, but the product was eventually overshadowed by its other products, particularly the iPhone. As a result, in 2014, the corporation began to phase out models. The iPod classic, a model with a click wheel and just a small screen that was almost similar to the original one, was discontinued at the time. The iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle, Apple’s tiniest music players, were discontinued in 2017.

The iPod Touch, which was popular as a less expensive alternative to the iPhone, lasted a few years longer. The device cost $199 when it was last upgraded in 2019. Compare that to Apple’s most affordable iPhone, the SE, which end up costing $429.

Apple, on the other hand, no longer considers the product vital because there are so many other methods to receive music.

The iPod, which was introduced by Steve Jobs, is credited with transforming Apple from a near-bankrupt firm to a $3 trillion giant. The iPod paved the way for the iPhone, iPad, and AirPods, which now account for the majority of Apple’s income.
