The public beta version for the AnTuTu V10 benchmark has been officially released. Improvements have been brought to its CPU, GPU, storage, and UX testing.

As mentioned the new AnTuTu V10 brings some new improvements in its testing and with the public beta version that has been released officially, the general public will also be able to get to know their smartphones better.

On the part of the CPU test, the benchmark will now have optimized support for multi-core parallel processing along with reduced dependence on some of the algorithms on the operating system API. Reduced dependence on specific algorithms will help in finding the accurate physical performance of the CPU.

AnTuTu has also brought two new 3D test scenes to test the GPU performance – “Four Season” for the high-stress test scene and “Coastline 2.0” for the medium-stress test scene. The former is suitable to test flagship GPUs while the latter is suitable for ordinary GPUs.

In the storage test part, AnTuTu has optimized its ROM test and the overall test efficiency has been improved. The RAM test results will now be divided into bandwidth and latency making the LPDDR performance clear for its users with just a glance. If the memory latency is marked high, then games will have increased waiting time, which will thereby affect the gaming experience.

Four new tests have been introduced in the UX testing. A test for PDF document processing capabilities has been added along with a test for processing capability of large pixel images above 2K resolution. H265 decoding and H264 encoding tests have also been added along with a new live-action video material called “Guilin Landscape:  which will help in evaluating the device’s video processing capabilities. The newly designed Webview and list delay test scenarios are also very useful and will help in depicting a much more representative test result.

The newly launched AnTuTu V10’s beta version can be downloaded from the official website of AnTuTu and also from major app stores. A 3D resource pack standard version and a lite version for smartphones with Android 10 and above and for smartphones below Android 10 respectively can also be downloaded.
