It’s late at night in Delhi, but some users who are still working and rely on Airtel Broadband are currently facing connectivity issues. Around 1:00 AM IST, several users reported a complete loss of internet access.
One of our readers from Rohini, Delhi, shared that when they opened the Airtel Thanks app to seek support, they received an automated message stating: “Due to a technical issue, you may experience service disconnection for a while. We expect the services to resume by 23/12/2025 at 6:00 AM. We regret the inconvenience caused.” This suggests that the internet outage may continue until 6:00 AM.
In addition, data from Downdetector shows that as of 1:22 AM IST, around 50 users had reported issues with Airtel Broadband. As of now, Airtel has not acknowledged the outage on its official social media channels. At present, the automated message indicating a 6:00 AM restoration time is the only information available regarding when services may be restored.
