Adobe Photoshop Chrome Extension – Officially Introduced for Google Chrome Users
As part of its continued vision to bring lightweight and efficient editing tools across multiple devices and platforms, particularly for people working extensively on the web, Adobe has brought out its new Photoshop Chrome extension. This new feature or capability has been introduced targeting creators, designers, as well as marketeers, and aims to streamline their workflows and other daily tasks.

Functions like color and exposure adjustments, cropping, and background removal can be done at the moment, however the brand has promised that more functionalities will also be coming along with certain refinements, and users will be able to find them over time. Simplified quick edits and lesser reliance on desktop applications are the main advantage of all these.
As mentioned above, as part of the Adobe Photoshop Chrome extension, the brand has also announced a free access plan to Photoshop web for a period of 12 months (or 1 year). It will be offered to all users who add the Adobe Photoshop Chrome extension on Google’s Chrome web browser before the 8th of December 2025.
