Jio Introduces New Cricket Plans Ahead of IPL 2023
Ahead of the most anticipated cricket event of the country, Indian Premiere League (IPL) 2023 scheduled to begin on the 31st of March, Jio unveils three new cricket plans with added benefits to offer its cricket enthusiasts the privilege to watch the matches at high quality video resolution without any hassles.

Jio’s New Cricket Plans
As mentioned three new cricket plans have been introduced by the telecom company owned by Mukesh Ambani and all the plans will provide its users with 3GB of daily data along with a complimentary access to Jio’s 5G services. The plans will also give its users an exclusive access to the live matches which they’ll be able to watch in 4K video resolution. Let’s now look at the newly introduced plans.
The lowest plan is the Rs. 219 plan which has a pack validity of 14 days and that comes with benefits like unlimited calls and 3GB of daily data. 2GB additional data is also provided giving a total of 44GB of high speed internet to its users. Users will also be able to send 100 SMS per day.
In the Rs. 399 plan also, Jio users will have benefits like unlimited voice calls with 100 SMS per day. The pack will have a total validity of 28 days and over the period, they’ll be able to use a total of 90GB of data. Apart from the 3GB daily data, Jio users will also receive 6GB of additional data with the Rs. 399 plan.
The Rs. 999 plan is the costliest plan and users will be able to enjoy benefits like unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day and a daily data of 3GB along with an additional data of 40GB. The users will also get a pack validity for 84 days.
Three add on packs have also been introduced by Jio which starts at Rs. 222 and goes upto Rs. 667. For the Rs. 222 plan, users will receive 50GB of additional data which will have a pack validity same as that of their active plan. For the Rs. 444 and 667 plans, users will receive additional data of 100GB and 150GB respectively with a validity of 60 days and 90 days respectively.
