Google-owned YouTube revealed zoom in and zoom out for video and other of its new features.
Now iOS and Android devices users would be able to zoom in and zoom out the videos on any Google-held streaming app. It’s done to improve the platform user experience.
The company posted in a blog “Starting today, we are rolling out a new look and several features that offer a more modern and immersive viewing experience while also improving how users watch videos. But don’t worry, the same YouTube you know and love is still at our core,”
For making the video tie with the background color. The company is replicating the impact of the light that screens produce in a gloomy area to attract viewers and by turning the video prominent it introduces a subtle effect.
Besides this, they have been also working on a feature called precise seeking. Like its name suggest it helps the user to find and watch a specific portion of video easily saving their time.
YouTube is also working on its interface to make it more user-friendly and less distracting. For this, it will customize its often-used keys such as links, share, like, subscribe, etc.
Everyone would be able to see this new feature in action after a few weeks.
