Realme officially announces Realme UI 5.0 Open Beta Program based on Android 14 for Realme 9 Pro 5G in India

The smartphone brand Realme recently announced Realme UI 5.0 Open Beta Program for Realme C67 5G smartphone in India and today this program has been started for Realme 9 Pro 5G in the Indian region.

The applications for this program will be accepted in batches. Users need to keep in mind that since this is a beta program, it is not as stable as that of official versions and comes with its own risks.

Some of the known issues are-

• when using floating windows, sliding the desktop may not work. You can fix this by pulling down the status bar.
• Glance Lock-screen is not available in Realme UI 5.0 Early Access; it will be introduced in future updates.

Before installing the beta version, users need to make sure that their device has at least 60% battery and is updated to the required UI version- RMX3471_11.C.21 | RMX3471_11.C.22.

How to Apply for the application?

Enable Developer Mode (Settings > About device > Version > Version Number > Tap version number seven times).

Apply for Open Beta via the Software Update Application channel (Settings > About device > Click on the “realme UI 4.0” banner at the top > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Beta program > Open Beta > Apply Now > Submit your details and complete the application).
