Infinix has launched the Note Edge 5G in the Indian market today, and along with this, the list of smartphones that will be getting the XOS 16 update based on Android 16 has also been revealed.

XOS 16 – Rollout Timeline
Via a post on Instagram from the Infinix XOS official handle, the rollout timeline for XOS 16 based on Android 16 has been revealed. As per the poster, the rollout will begin starting Q2 2026, beginning with NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G, NOTE 50S 5G, NOTE 50 Pro, NOTE 50X 5G, NOTE 50, GT 30 Pro, and GT 30.
Further, the rollout will expand in Q3 2026 to NOTE 40 Pro, NOTE 40S, NOTE 40, GT 20 Pro, HOT 60 Pro, and HOT 60 Pro+. Lastly, by Q4 2026, Zero 40, Zero 40 5G, and Zero Flip will be getting the XOS 16 update.
So, the first batch of rollouts will probably start from April or May, but the exact timeline cannot be confirmed as it is still vague. With XOS 16, users will be able to turn their photos into 3D expressive wallpapers, use the AI Theme Generator feature, experience X-Arena gaming with performance modes (low-power, balance, boost), along with Bypass Charging and Anti-Interference Gaming features.
