Xiaomi has announced the second phase of its HyperOS 3 Beta programme, available exclusively for users in China. This beta rollout happens in two parts. The first part starts on 22 January, and the second part will begin before 30th January.
As this is an early test build, it may not be fully stable, so it’s recommended not to use it on primary devices.
List of Devices (Starting 22nd January)
The following smartphones and tablets will receive the update in the first part:
Smartphones:
- Xiaomi 17 Ultra
- Xiaomi 17 Pro Max
- Xiaomi 17 Pro
- Xiaomi 17
Tablets:
- Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro
- Xiaomi Pad 8
List of Devices (Before 30th January)
In the second part, the following smartphones and tablets will get the update:
Smartphones:
- Xiaomi 15 Ultra
- Xiaomi 15S Pro
- Xiaomi 15 Pro
- Xiaomi 15
- Xiaomi 14 Ultra
- Xiaomi 14 Pro
- Xiaomi 14 Pro Titanium Special Edition
- Xiaomi 14
- Xiaomi MIX Flip 2
Tablets:
- Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra
Each device will receive the beta in two batches to ensure better quality and user experience. The first batch will start receiving updates from 22nd January that is today, and the second batch will follow within about ten days.
It’s important to note that users on this beta cannot revert to the official stable version during the beta period. Xiaomi advises backing up all important data before installation. Users who want to register can do so via this link: https://web.vip.miui.com/page/info/mio/mio/internalTest.
