Samsung has already confirmed in a recent press release that the next smartphones to receive beta updates will be the Galaxy S24 Series, along with the Z Flip6 and Z Fold6. These devices are expected to start receiving One UI 8 Beta updates next week.
Now, a new tip from tipster Tarun Vats has revealed two potential dates—one for the Galaxy S24 series and another for the Galaxy S23 series. According to his source, Galaxy S24 Series users who have applied for the beta program may start receiving the update on August 13th. Meanwhile, Galaxy S23 users who have applied for the beta program through Samsung’s Members app may get the update by September 8th. He also mentioned that Samsung could release the update one or two days earlier or later than these dates.

While Samsung has faced criticism for the rollout of One UI 7, it seems the company is making efforts to improve the experience for its Galaxy users. If all goes smoothly, we can expect the stable rollout to happen around the end of October or the beginning of November. However, this is just an assumption based on the release pattern of One UI 6 in October 2023.
