Samsung One UI 8.5 Good Lock Availability: LockStar, HomeUp, and NotiStar Announced to Launch Soon

A new update via the GoodLock Manager (moderator) has confirmed that the LockStar, HomeUp, and NotiStar for One UI 8.5 are also soon going to have their launch, and be made available to users.

Two weeks back, the Good Lock development team had made the QuickStar for One UI 8.5 available to users, and a sequential roll-out was announced for it. As a few of its features (like changing the arrangement of the Quick Settings window buttons) still required more improvements, it was removed from the mentioned release, however the brand had also promised to bring it back along with the official One UI 8.5 binary release and devices software updates.

Now, the moderator has announced that soon the brand is planning to launch the One UI 8.5-based LockStar, HomeUp, and NotiStar apps too, and their newer versions are already ready. Users just have to wait for some more time, until the brand is all set to roll them out.

Looking into a few other related updates, just recently the brand officially introduced its new Odyssey Gaming Monitor lineup consisting of five models: Odyssey 3D (G90XH), Odyssey G6 (G60H), Odyssey G8 6K (G80HS), Odyssey G8 5K (G80HF), Odyssey G8 OLED (G80SH). At the CES 2026 event, the brand is also preparing to introduce its new AI-powered home appliances and latest kitchen appliances as well. For the Galaxy S26 series, the Exynos 2600 flagship chip and 60W charging adapter were also released.
