OnePlus is really on a roll right now. After pushing stable OxygenOS 16 updates to the OnePlus 13 series, OnePlus 12, and even the Pad 2 and Pad 3, OnePlus has now started rolling out the stable OxygenOS 16 update for OnePlus Open users in India. This update arrives with firmware version IN: CPH2551_16.0.0.201(EX01).
This is a major update as well, and once you look at the full changelog below, it is pretty clear that this is not a small one. Similar to the other devices that have already started receiving OxygenOS 16, it also comes with a long list of improvements and feature upgrades.
As for users outside India, OnePlus has not yet confirmed the exact rollout timeline for other regions. But we can expect an announcement from OnePlus in the coming weeks for other regions as well.
If you are using the OnePlus Open in India and have not received the update yet, do not worry. This is a phased rollout, and it may take a little time before it reaches every device.
